  • How long am I locked into a contract once I sign up?
  • We do not have a "contract" that requires you to stay with us for a certain duration. We invoice quarterly however if you choose to cancel your plan with us we will refund however many months remain.
  • How do I know what has been done on my site?
  • At the end of each month we send out an email outlining details pertaining to your website including things like updates applied, malware scans performed and statistics on your site's uptime. We are also working on creating a client portal where you can login and see reports whenever you want.
  • What happens if my site is down?
  • In most instances, we usually notice that a website is down before you do, however, sometimes we just don't get the notification right away or there may be a problem that did not trigger the uptime monitor. In this case, please send us an email, text message or give us a call and we will restore your site ASAP.
  • Can I meet you in person?
  • If you are located in the greater Portland area we can arrange a time to meet in person. We can also setup a video conference call or just a phone call as well.
  • My hosting company says that my site was hacked, can you help?
  • We are happy to help get your site back online and running smoothly. If you sign up for one of our maintenance plans in most cases we will include the removal and restoration of your website in the price. We can also do a one-time site restoration for a flat rate.
  • How quick is your turnaround?
  • We usually can start on your project within 24 hours of you signing up for one of our plans. If it is urgent and your site has been hacked and needs to be brought back online ASAP let us know ahead of time so we know and we can try to get to you sooner.
